The PokerNews live reporting team is on top of all the World Series of Poker action this summer, with bracelet coverage of all 31 events on WSOP.com and 54 events over at GGPoker. However, our coverage just got amped up a little! Besides our traditional updates, the PokerNews Twitch stream is back to bring direct you coverage from the digital arena.

PokerNews will be streaming on most Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, focusing on all the action over at GGPoker. The stream will be hosted by PokerNews's Social Media manager Jesse Fullen and an array of co-hosts will rotate in and out alongside him to commentate on the action. Sarah Herring will join Jesse on commentary tonight.

The first live stream will kick off tonight at 7p ET / 4p Pacific and will focus on the conclusion of Event #36: $1,500 FIFTY STACK No-Limit Hold'em.

Juha Helppi Wins Second GGPoker WSOP Bracelet of the Series in $5,000 PLO Championship

The 2020 GGPoker WSOP Online Bracelet Events have crowned their second champion of the festival and it was Finnish high-stakes poker legend Juha Helppi who doubled his gold bracelet tally in Event #35 $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship. Helppi who claimed the lion's share of the $1,558,000 prize pool after topping a field of 328 entries, receiving a first-place prize of $290,286 to go along with the coveted prize.

Helppi, a staple of European high-stakes for decades, had to wait a long time for his maiden WSOP victory but finally got the monkey off his back last year, when he took down Event #72 $10,000 Limit Hold'em Championship for $306,622.

The Finn already boasts nearly $8,000,000 in lifetime winnings according to The Hendon Mob, as well as countless winnings in the high-stakes PLO cash games he's been frequenting on the European circuit.

WSOP Legend: Jeff Lisandro Wins Three Stud Bracelets in One Year

The 2009 World Series of Poker stood out in history for several things. It was the second year of the now-defunct November Nine, when Joe Cada became the youngest-ever world champion at 21 after defeating Maryland logger Darvin Moon heads-up. Phil Ivey finished seventh in the event, ensuring massive coverage throughout the Main Event and the final table in November.

While the 2009 Main Event is probably what's remembered most from that year, there was another story brewing that year when Australian professional Jeff Lisandro went on an unprecedented tear in the stud portion of the WSOP, and pulled off a feat that's yet to be matched: winning three stud-events in a single year.

To this date, Lisandro remains the only player to have pulled off that feat in nothing but stud events, and was the first player since Ivey in 2002 to win three bracelets in a single summer.
