It's all over for Alain Alinat after he got the last of his chips in preflop. He opened to 160,000, Tu Dao three-bet and then the two players kept raising each other until all of Alinat's 525,000 chips were in the middle.
Alinat was in with the best hand but failed to hold against Tu Dao after she spiked a nine on the flop. A on the turn gave Alinat a flush draw and his rail called for a "diamond" but sadly for the Frenchman the river didn't oblige, with the landing instead.
Congratulations go to Alinat on finishing runner-up in the event, who will go home $82,312 better off as a result.
