Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo
In a blind versus blind battle, Ton Schneider and Viatcheslav Ortynskiy checked through on a flop. Schneider bet 3,000 on the turn, getting the fold.
Schneider, the 2007 WSOP Player of the Year and four-time bracelet winner, is always a threat to run deep in just about any format. He won his first two bracelets at the 2007 WSOP, with one of them coming in the $2,500 Omaha/Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo event. He added two more bracelets in 2013, both in H.O.R.S.E. events.
It's still to early to speculate about his chances at bracelet No. 5 in this tournament, but it's no surprise to see Schneider's name among the contenders on Day 2.
