There was around 40,000 in the pot going to the second draw and Dan Smith took a card in the small blind. David Oppenheim did likewise on his left, as did Eric Wasserson on the button. Smith checked, Oppenheim bet and Wasserson raised. Smith mucked but Oppenheim called. Oppenheim patted and Wasserson took a card.
Both players checked and Oppenheim's 
took the pot.
