Schulman Coolers Alexander for a Huge Double

Nível 12 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Nick Schulman
Nick Schulman

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

The board read {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Nick Schulman and George Alexander both had 48,000 in front of them coming to the final betting round. There was about 50,000 in the middle of the table as well and Schulman moved all in. Alexander instantly flicked in one chip, calling.

Schulman tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Spades} for the top full house and Alexander's face expressed that he wasn't far behind. Alexander slowly opened his {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for jacks full of kings, but that couldn't save him from a big damage anymore. He had to ship 148,900 Schulman's way.

Mike Ross
Mike Ross

Big O

With 8,400 in front of both Frank Kassela and Mike Ross, they made it to the {k-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop where Kassela potted from the hijack. Ross reraised pot from the cutoff and Kassela gave up.

Kassela took his hand and showed he had {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

"I had a good hand, Frank," Ross said, almost apologizing.

"So did I. I mean look at that, one, two, three," Kassela pointed at his ace-deuce-three combo.

"This guy beats my ass all the time," Kassela laughed. Both players agreed that Ross is Kassela's nightmare in most of their encounters, and the play moved on.
