McKenzie With the Right Call

Nível 37 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante
Andrew McKenzie
Andrew McKenzie

The board showed {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and a large pot was already in the middle when Andrew McKenzie and Amer Torbey checked.

The river was the {j-Diamonds} and McKenzie checked once more. Torbey fired 15,000,000, putting McKenzie to a big decision. After some time he ended up calling with {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Torbey mucked {a-Spades}{9-Diamonds}.

Johnson at Full Throttle

Nível 37 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante
Amer Torbey
Amer Torbey

Amer Torbey raised from the cutoff, Evan Johnson three-bet to 10,000,000 from the small blind and Torbey called.

On the {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop, Johnson announced "ten million" and quickly slid another stack of T-500,000 chips forward. Torbey swiftly came along with the call, creating a mouth-watering pot of over 40 million in chips already.

The turn was the {5-Clubs} and within mere seconds, Johnson made a waving motion with his hands and moved all in for 35,000,000. Torbey looked back at his cards and, with a disgusted look on his face, folded after about ten seconds.

At the same table, Andrei Konopelko is sitting pretty behind a stack of 90M and is the presumable chip leader as the once humongous field now has just five tables left.

Ono vs Elharar

Nível 37 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante

Rafi Elharar raised to 2,700,000 from under-the-gun, and was called by Robert Rodriguez in middle position. Action folded around to Ono in the small blind, and she re-raised to 10,000,000, which got a fold from Jay Zhu in the big blind.

Elharar then four-bet shoved all in, which made Rodriguez sigh, say an expletive and then fold. With action back on Ono, she asked for a count, and when the dealer confirmed 47,900,000 total, she went into the tank for almost two minutes before finally releasing her cards.

Allen Cunningham

Allen Cunningham was all in with a stack of around 12,000,000 holding the {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}, and was up against Adrian Curry who had him dominated with {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}.
