With the action seen in the showdown, Tom "Captain" Franklin had only 100 left behind. Andre Akkari had rolled up his Nine and Franklin had 
in front of him. He was sweating the last card, hoping to peel a nine or lower.
But it was another four instead, pairing his hand and shipping the pot Akkari's side.
Two hands later, Franklin quadrupled up after making ten-high badugi. But the blinds were coming to Franklin and he couldn't survive.
