Welcome to Day 2 of Event #52: $10,000 Limit Hold'em Championship. There are 43 players returning to the Amazon room to resume play and it's Michael Moore out in front with 260,500.
Day 1 saw plenty of action with Daniel Negreanu, Erik Siedel, Shaun Deeb, James Obst and Joe McKeehen among the players to hit the rail. Meanwhile like Moore, Portugal's Joao Vieira did much better and will return in second with 211,000, while Nick Schulman rounds out the top three Day 1 chip stacks with 202,000.
Day 2 will restart at 2 p.m. local time and tournament registration will remain open until the start of play today. When play resumes there will be 10 levels of Day 2 play with 15-min breaks every 2 levels. There will be a 60-min dinner break after 6th level (around 8:30 p.m.).

The final 43 players in Event #52: $10,000 Limit Hold'em Championship have returned to resume play here on Day 2. They had another 13 entries register before the start of the day, bringing the total number of entries to 114.

Five players saw a flop for three bets and a player under the gun bet, with everyone else calling, including Antanas Guoga in the small blind.
"So much out there," he said with a laugh.
On the turn, Robert Mizrachi led into the field from the big blind and only Christopher Chung, from second position, called. Mizrachi bet again on the river.
"This is a really tight call," Chung muttered, tossing in some chips.
Mizrachi showed but it was no good against for a flush.

With Event #52: $10,000 Limit Hold'em Championship tournament registration still open before the start of Day 2 we saw a total of 13 new entries join the field. These late arrivals included Phil Hellmuth, Christopher Kruk, Antanas "Tony G" Guoga, and Stephen Chidwick just to name a few.

Dan Zack raised in middle position, Maria Ho three-bet it in the small blind and Timothy Rutherford made it four bets. Zack and Ho continued to at which point Ho bet out. Rutherford raised and that chased Zack. Ho called and then check-called the turn.
Both checked the river and Ho opened to take it down.

Maria Ho raised from the button and Timothy Rutherford three-bet from the small blind. Ho called and they went heads-up to the flop. Rutherford check-called a bet from Ho and he did the same on the turn.
The completed the board and Rutherford check-called a third barrel from Ho who turned over for top pair. Rutherford fired his hand into the muck and Ho took the pot.

Phil Hellmuth in the big blind and Bryce Landier in the small checked down a board of until Landier bet the river. Hellmuth smiled as he thought for awhile and had raising chips in his hand but then verbalized a call.
Landier showed for a turned straight and seemed confused when the pot was pushed to Hellmuth after he showed , perhaps out of sheer surprise that Hellmuth didn't raise.

Jeff Lisandro raised from late position and Jerid Zewin called from the big blind. They went heads-up to the flop and Zewin checked. Lisandro bet, Zewin check-raised and Lisandro called.
The turn was the , Zewin led out with a bet and Lisandro called. The river was the and Zewin check-called a bet from Lisandro who turned over for top two pair. Zewin took his time double-checking his hole cards before throwing them away and Lisandro dragged in the pot.
