With a little over 40,000 in the middle and the board reading 
, Dario Sammartino led out for 40,000 from the big blind. Elio Fox raised to 110,000 from middle position and the action was on Larry Greenberg in the hijack. Greenberg tanked for over a minute and then elected to fold. Sammartino made the call and the 
landed on the river.
Sammartino checked to Fox who pushed in a bet of 250,000. It was now Sammartino's turn to give his decision some thought and he came to the same conclusion as he laid down his hand as well.
