Song Doubles Through Capitan

Nível 12 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Bogdan Capitan had won a big pot off Jacob Kalb previously and peaked at 800,000 in chips, though, his stack just took a minor hit when Michael Song had doubled through him.

Picking up the action on the {9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop, Kalb checked in the big blind and Song bet 8,000. Only Capitan called and the {A-Diamonds} turn went check, check. On the {A-Clubs} river, Song moved all in for 33,500 and Capitan called after some consideration. Song rolled over the {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts} for a full house, aces over fours, and Capitan mucked.

A Few More Updated Chip Counts; Bonomo Busts Twice to Bowker

Nível 12 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Justin Bonomo
Justin Bonomo

Justin Bonomo busted for a second time and Kyle Bowker walked up to the media desk to confirm that he had taken the chips of Bonomo for a second time after he had re-entered and received the same seat.

According to Bowker he defended his big blind against Bonomo's raise and the duo check-called a flop of {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{4-}. On the {7-} turn, Bowker check-raised the pot from 16,000 to 80,000 and Bonomo called with 50,000 behind. Bowker shoved the {X-Diamonds} river and Bonomo called with {A-}{9-Diamonds}{7-}{4-Diamonds} for the flush with the nine, having turned two pair. Bowker had {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for the nut flush and sent Bonomo packing once more.

Triple Up for Prociak

Nível 12 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

With plenty of chips already in the middle and the turn reading {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Spades}{A-Spades}, David Prociak ended up all in and at risk. He was called by Edward Han in the cutoff and Dan Smith moved all in over the top from the small blind. The chips were pulled in and Smith was all in for another 123,000 on top, which ended up forcing a fold from Han.

David Prociak: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}
Dan Smith: {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}

Prociak only had the case eight to fear, and the river was a meaningless blank to let Prociak triple up.

Mizrachi Flushes Rast

Nível 12 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Brian Rast
Brian Rast

Robert Mizrachi opened the action with a raise to 10,000 and Craig Varnell called in the cutoff. Brian Rast raised the pot to 46,000 on the button and Mizrachi called, Varnell folded.

"I have 155,500 behind," Rast announced and those chips went into the middle of the table after a flop of {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades}, Mizrachi looked him up.

Brian Rast: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{J-Spades}
Robert Mizrachi: {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}

The {2-Clubs} on the turn immediately left Rast drawing dead, making the {9-Diamonds} river a formality. Rast is expected to re-enter before the start of level 13.
