Emmel Doubles Through Bosschaerts

Jeosafat Cruz raised to 7,000 from the under-the-gun position and action folded to Matthew Emmel in the small blind who called. Tom Bosschaert was sitting in the big blind and checked out the stacks of his two opponents. He then decided to three-bet to 30,000. Cruz considered it for a bit and then folded. Emmel shoved for 111,500 in total and Bosschaert snap-called.

The flop came to give Emmel a set of tens but also provided Bosschaert with a gutshot straight draw. The turn and river bricked for Bosschaerts, however, and Emmel doubled up.
