Brown Turns a Flush to Double Up

Nível 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Rob Brown
Rob Brown

The action folded to Rob Brown in the cutoff and he moved all in for 200,000. Josh Bergman called from the big blind turning over {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Brown would need to improve holding {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}.

The dealer fanned the {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and Brown flopped the nut flush. The turn was the {5-Clubs} improving Brown to the nut flush leaving Bergman drawing dead. The meaningless {8-Hearts} completed the board and Brown doubled his stack.

A Huge Double for Vang

Nível 24 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Cher Vang
Cher Vang

A player in early position raised to 45,000, Cher Vang called from middle position, Micky Blasi called from the cutoff, and Chris Childers three-bet to 145,000 from the small blind. The original raiser folded, Vang called, and Blasi called.

The three players saw a flop of {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades} and Childers bet 250,000. Vang called and Blasi folded.

The {8-Clubs} fell on the turn and Childers shoved to put Vang to a decision for his 838,000-chip stack. Vang called to put himself at risk and the two players tabled their hands.

Cher Vang: {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Chris Childers: {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}

Vang had caught up to Childers's aces when he turned two pair and Childers needed help from the river in order to win the pot. The last card was the {7-Hearts} which changed nothing, so Vang took the pot and the vast majority of Childers's chips.

Nível 24 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Barny Boatman
Barny Boatman

On a board showing {7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and with already around 150,000 in the middle, Barny Boatman checked in the big blind. The player under the gun bet 70,000 and Ryan Goindoo on the button made the call.

Boatman, after some thought, three-bet to 270,000. Only Goindoo opted to call.

The {3-Hearts} fell on the turn and Boatman announced all in for 298,000. After a few minutes, Goindoo called and the players tabled their cards.

Goindoo: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Boatman: {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}

Boatman held the straight but Goindoo could still hit a nut flush on the river. The {7-Clubs} fell on the river and Boatman was able to grab the pot to climb to a comfortable stack of 1,300,00.

With the action back on Kit Yoo, he moved all in for 575,000 and Liberto nearly beat him into the pot with the call.

Kit Yoo turned over {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for top pair but was drawing dead against the {a-Hearts}{a-Spades} of Liberto. The meaningless {10-Hearts} and {8-Diamonds} completed the board and Kit Yoo was eliminated.

Loeser Eliminates Lee

Nível 26 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Stanley Lee
Stanley Lee

Bryce McVay raised to 65,000 from the cutoff and Manig Loeser called from the button. Michael Souza called from the small blind and Stanley Lee moved all in for 1,081,000 from the big blind.

McVay quickly folded, and with the action back on Loeser, he re-shoved all in for about 1,700,000. Souza gave it some thought before folding and the hands were shown.

Manig Loeser: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Stanley Lee: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The dealer spread the {10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop and Lee's pocket sixes maintained the lead. The turn brought the {q-Clubs} and Manig paired his queen to take control of the hand. Lee needed a river six to stay alive, but the {j-Clubs} river card was no help to Lee.

Loeser dragged in the pot and Lee's impressive MILLIONAIRE MAKER run has come to an end.
