Giuseppe Pantaleo checked from the small blind on the flop, which put the action on Bruno "Kool Shen" Lopes, who is something of a celebrity in France thanks to his rap music career. Lopes bet 1,500 and Pantaleo called.
Both players checked the flop, but Pantaleo led for 6,700 on the river and Lopes let his hand go.
A player was all in from middle position and called by Matt O'Donnell on the button, but Dan Buzgon woke up with an all-in shove for 25,750 on top from the small blind. After taking some thinking time, O'Donnell folded to leave Buzgon heads up with the short stack.
British pro Matt Davenport led for 2,000 from middle position on a flop reading , putting the action on France's Guillaume Diaz in the cutoff. Diaz, sat with his hood pulled across the left side of his face, raised to 5,500. Davenport folded and Diaz scooped a late pot.
