On the button, Phil Collins limped into the pot, and Badih Bounahra raised to 850,000 from the small blind. That folded Sam Barnhart quickly from the big blind, and Collins gave it a look and passed as well.

Anton Makievskyi raised to 500,000 from middle position only to have Chris Moore move all in for right around 3,000,000 from late position. Action folded back to Makievskyi and he made the call.

Makievskyi was ahead, but not when the flop fell . The gave Makievskyi an added gut-shot straight draw, though the river did not complete it. Moore came from behind to win the pot and double to around 6,000,000.
Anton Makievskyi raised to 350,000 only to have Chris Moore three-bet to 1,000,000. Action folded back to Makievskyi and he moved all in, prompting a snap-call from Moore.

Moore was out in front and in good shape to double yet again through Makievskyi; however, the flop quickly changed that. Makievskyi had paired his ace to jump out in front, putting Moore one step closer to the door. The turn was no help to Moore, and neither was the river.
This time it was Makievskyi who came from behind, eliminating Moore in 21st place.
From the button, Martin Staszko raised to 425,000. Ben Lamb once again decided to defend with a call from the big blind and the flop came down . LAmb check-called a bet of 525,000 before the dealer placed the out on the turn. Lamb checked and Staszko checked behind.
The river was the and Lamb fired 1.35 million. Staszko folded and Lamb won the hand.
Phil Collins has been active -- as usual -- out on the outer table here at the start of Day 8. Here are a couple of recent hands involving "USCphildo."
In the first, Collins raised to 500,000 from the hijack seat, then Badih Bounahra reraised all in from the cutoff seat. It folded back around and Collins took his time contemplating Bounahra's reraise. Finally Collins let it go, and Bounahra now has about 4.8 million.
In the very next hand, it was Pius Heinz raising from under the gun to 425,000, then Collins three-betting to force everyone else, including Heinz, out of the hand. Heinz has about 6.9 million at the moment, while Collins presently sits with 14.5 million.
Eoghan O'Dea opened to 420,000 from early position, and Ryan Lenaghan defended his big blind. The flop came down , Lenaghan checked, and O'Dea continued for 550,000. Lenaghan released, and O'dea pulled in the pot.
Khoa Nguyen raised to 450,000 under the gund and received calls from Anton Makievskyi in the small blind and Gionni Demers in the big. It was three-way action to the flop, which all players checked. When the hit the turn, Makievskyi checked, Demers bet 625,000, Nguyen folded, and Makievskyi made the call.
Both players proceeded to check the river, and Makievskyi flipped over for top pair. Demers simply tossed his cards to the muck.
