Another two hours have passed and according to the tournament clock, we’re down to 1,314 players at the end of this level. There have certainly been some big movers throughout, including Guillaume Darcourt, who now has 880,900 in chips, as well as Anton Ionel, who is now second overall in chips after being on the right end of the uber-cooler.
Daniel Negreanu, Isabelle Mercier, T.K. Miles and Phil Hellmuth have been gradually working their stacks up, however 2010 November Niner John Racener wasn’t so lucky, heading to the rail along with two former World Champions – Tom McEvoy (1983) and Joe Cada (2009).
The players are on a very short 10-minute break and the TV crew must stick to their production schedule, so with the impending stampede, excuse us while we duck and cover!
Erick Lindgren opened to 4,500 under the gun, and he found one call from the player in the small blind.
Heads-up, the flop came , and the action checked through to the turn. Lindgren bet now, and his opponent check-called the 7,000. On the river, the got the small blind to check-call another 11,500, and Lindgren tabled to take the pot.
It moves him back up to about 128,000.
After losing that chunk to Dan Morgan just a moment ago, Jake Cody found himself all in before the flop with and in the sad situation of being up against an opponent holding .
But the flop came , pairing Cody's jack, and after the turn and river, Cody doubled back to about 90,000 as we near the end of Level 12.
In the middle, 22,000-ish. The board, .
Jake Cody, playing from the big blind, checked. Dan Morgan, Cody's lone opponent in middle position, set out a bet 14,300. Cody thought for a moment, then made the call. The turn brought the and checks from both.
The river was the , pairing the board. Cody set out a stack of orange and yellow chips which toppled over to reveal a bet of about 55,000. Morgan immediately declared himself all in for just a touch more, and Cody called.
Morgan showed for aces full, while Cody had but . Morgan chips up to about 140,000, while Cody slips back down to 42,000.

Sam Barnhart might have just saved his tournament life by making an amazing fold preflop for a good portion of his chips. He was up against Denilson Menezes and here's what went down.
From under the gun, a player raised to 4,500 to start things off. Action then folded to Menezes in the hijack seat and he reraised to 11,000. Barnhart, who was in the small blind, four-bet and made it 30,000 to go. The original under-the-gun raiser folded his hand and then action fell back on Menezes. With a total stack size of 169,800, Menezes pushed it all in with a five-bet shove. Barnhart began to tank. He tanked for quote some time while the ESPN cameras filmed what was going on after rushing to the scene. Eventually, Barnhart folded his hand and showed that he was laying down the to the amazement of everyone watching. Menezes didn't show at first, but everyone talked him into it, saying it was "good for the game." Menezes obliged and showed the , which made Barnhart's fold look like sheer genius. Barnhart was left with 230,000 in chips.
This big fold isn't the first time we've heard Barnhart's name. He was the winner of the $1,000,000 WSOP Circuit National Championship event held back in May. Barnhart conquered a field of 100 that qualified for the event and took home $300,000. You can read about his victory here in the recap.

The ESPN camera crews had descended on Annette Obrestad and Erick Lindgren's table. The pair were in hand together but the pot was rather small. The board read , Obrestad had checked and Lindgren bet 8,500.
Obrestad was mulling her options as the cameras swirled around the table. She folded, but not before flashing the to Lindgren.
Lindgren flashed the and took the pot. Obrestad is near 73,000 and Lindgren is just under 90,000.
Jean-Robert Bellande raised to 4,500 UTG and David Baker made the call from middle position. Bellande fired out 8,000 on the flop, another 15,000 on the turn and finally 30,000 on the river.
Baker called all three streets but could only muck when JRB turned over for a turned full house.
