There was not even any hand-for-hand play activated yet as two players busted at almost the same time. While the floor announced to hold the action after their current hand was completed, Paul Sharbanee moved all in on table 26. Zane Ly was in the blinds and made the call with out of the big blind.
It was a flip against the

With the elimination of Brandon Shack-Harris in 53rd place, he earned 8.5 additional points for World Series of Poker Player of the Year. Shack-Harris now leads with 760.5 points, but second place George Danzer is still alive. According to BLUFF Magazine's Kevin Mathers, Danzer now needs to finish 27th or better to overtake Shack-Harris. Danzer currently has 745.2 points.

We spotted Scott Clements in the $2,200 Event 2 and the start-of-the-day chip leader has indeed been eliminated just before the money after pretty much losing every single hand he played. The one to have benefited the most from this losing streak was Didier Guerin, who got moved into the seat next to Clements after the elimination of Ismael Bojang.
