Mattsson and "danechka1991" Eliminated

Nível 32 : 70,000/140,000, 17,500 ante

Arguably one of the toughest players still in contention, highly-ranked Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson has come up short of the last two tables and "danechka1991" then bowed out shortly after.

As far as Mattsson is concerned, he started the last hand in the big blind and defended against a min-raise by "pudelpower" from under the gun.

On a {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop, Mattsson check-called a bet of 162,000 and check-shoved the {j-Clubs} turn for 1.25 million when "pudelpower" made it 330,000 to go. A reluctant call followed to create the following showdown.

Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson: {j-Spades}{4-Spades}
"pudelpower": {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}

River: {q-Clubs}

The superior two pair sent the Swede out in 21st place.

"danechka1991" had reached the final table in the Event-02-H: $2,100 NLHE and finished 7th, this time it would be the 20th place finish. The player from Russia jammed the button with the {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and "necgaidziai" from Lithuania made the call with {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}.

Both suits were covered and neither player hit anything on the {9-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}{q-Spades}{4-Diamonds} board.

Pateychuk Eliminated by "Carlos levis"

Nível 30 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

One of the big names still in contention was former EPT Main Event champion Andrey "ThePateychuk" Pateychuk and he had been in the middle of the pack of shorter stacks for a while.

Ultimately he three-bet jammed out of the big blind with the {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and initial raiser "Carlos levis" made the call with the {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}.

The board came {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{j-Spades} and that sent Pateychuk to the rail, who collected a cash prize of $2,509,88 and $2,859.38 in bounty prizes.

"aabas" Flops Set; Busts to "necgaidziai"

Nível 25 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

"Nextlevelftp" was all but on the rail when he got it in out of th small blind with the {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} and saw "copag holdem" look him up with the {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}.

However, the magical ace on the river of a {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{a-Spades} board kept him in contention.

Others were not as fortunate as the field has already dropped below 60 remaining contenders.

Among those to bust was also "aabas" who had an above-average stack. He faced a raise to 80,000 by "mandan1979 and called in the hijack. "necgaidziai" three-bet to 340,000 in the cutoff and was called both ways to create a 1.1 million chip pot.

The {j-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop was checked to "necgaidziai" and he bet 391,200, which forced a fold from "mandan1979" and led to the shove of "aabas" for nearly 2.1 million. "necgaidziai" called with aces and faced a set of deuces. Instead of finding an ace, the Lithuanian hit running jacks for a superior full house and claimed the top spot.
