Bryn Kenney

According to Harry Lodge at the table, Bryn Kenney raised it up on the button and Noah Schwartz re-raised from the small blind. Kenney called and the flop came {k-}{10-}{2-} with two hearts. Martirosian Wins a Flip

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Dario Sammartino raised to 5,000 on the button and found a call from Mason Hughes in the small blind. Artur Martirosian then moved all-in from the big blind, with Sammartino calling and Hughes getting out of the way.

Artur Martirosian: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Dario Sammartino: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

Martirosian was flipping for his tournament life and hit big on the {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop. The {q-Diamonds} turn and {7-Clubs} river were no help to Sammartino, who said "nice hand" as he paid Martirosian's double up.

O'Dwyer Pays Off Roa

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Alejandro Roa raised to 3,000 in the cutoff and Steve O'Dwyer defended from the big blind. The flop came {k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and both players stuck in additional 6,500 chips each.

The {6-Clubs} landed on the turn and O'Dwyer led out with a bet of 11,000. Roa just called and the {a-Diamonds} rolled off on the river. O'Dwyer checked this time and Roa ripped all in for 26,000. O'Dwyer thought for a few minutes before making the call. Roa tabled {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for two pair while O'Dwyer held {k-Spades}{10-Spades} for a pair of kings.

Following a min-raise by Eliseo Pascual, Michael Manthe slid forward his entire stack without saying a word. Pascual verified with the dealer that it was an all-in for 21,000 and then instantly called amid some confusion at the table.

Greg "Fossilman" Raymer Won His PokerStars Platinum Pass at Mixed Game Festival

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Greg Raymer at the Mixed Games Festival
Greg Raymer at the Mixed Games Festival

In October 2021, 2004 World Series of Poker Main Event Champion Greg Raymer walked away with $4,911 and a PokerStars Platinum Pass at the inaugural Cardplayer Lifestyle Mixed Game Festival.

The unique poker festival took place at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort and included three days of mixed games cash games and was then rounded off with $200 H.O.R.S.E. tournament finale; where the winner would receive a coveted Platinum Pass as well as the first-place cash prize.

The PokerStars sponsored event was littered with a host of big names from all facets of the poker industry.

WSOP bracelet winners like Nathan Gamble, Robert Turner and Linda Johnson were just a few of those who were determined to get a Platinum Pass to the next PokerStars Player No Limit Hold'em Championship (PSPC).

The 124-player field, which generated a total prize pool of $20,460, was topped by Raymer who overcame Onur Unsal in heads-up play to get his hands on the winner's spoils.

Speaking to Cardplayer Lifestyle after his tournament win, Raymer emphasized just how much winning means to him regardless of what stature the event he is playing has.

“It means a lot because the PSPC is a huge event. If it’s like the last one, the winner gets $5 million. That’s as much as I got for winning world championship in 2004. It’s not like winning $5 million is ho-hum. Winning $50,000 isn’t ho-hum either.”
