Team PokerStars Pros Vanessa Selbst and Fatima Moreira de Melo are not just good at poker. They can serve up a mean ace on the tennis court too and in Monaco they have been challenging all players to take them on for a prize. Laura goes to investigate.
Jack Salter raised to 10,000 and Shakhabiddin Muradov in the small blind as well as Gianluca Speranza in the big blind called. On the flop, the action checked to Salter and he continued for 13,000. Both opponents called and the fell on the turn. Again it checked to Salter, who then moved in.
Muradov asked for a count and the shove was for 62,000, to result in a fold. However, Speranza quickly called and the cards were turned over.

Alexander Debus raised to 11,000 on the button and Lee Hon Cheong moved all in from the small blind. The big blind folded and Debus then called for 110,000 with slightly less chips than his opponent.

The board gave Cheong the nut flush and Debus the way to the exit. Fellow German Christopher Frank showed up to claim his payout right after and confirmed his elimination. Frank admitted to have check-shoved with on a nine-high flop and failed to get there against the pocket jacks of Stefan Schillhabel.

Michael Kolkowicz raised to 13,000 in first position and Raffaele Sorrentino called from the small blind. Robert Pankowski shoved 47,000 from the big blind and Kolkowicz considered his options. Kolkowicz gave it plenty of thought while the cameras swooped in, eventually settling on a call. Sorrentino called as well.
The flop was and Kolkowicz bet 33,000 in the dry side pot. Sorrentino folded to create the following showdown.

Kolkowicz had outflopped Pankowski and neither turn nor river changed that. Kolkowicz surged to over 700,000 and claimed the chip lead.

In the previous hand, Romain Nardin had chopped with ace-king versus ace-king and then faced a raise by Nick Petrangelo and a three-bet to 30,000 by Alexandru Papazian. Nardin four-bet shoved for 135,000 from one seat over and Petrangelo reshoved. Papazian quickly folded and the cards were tabled.

On the feature table, Bertrand Grospellier raised and Hossein Ensan called before felloe Team PokerStars Pro Celina Lin three-bet to 40,000. Grospellier folded, but Ensan moved all in to give Lin two choices with a stack of around 260,000: All In and find another spot, or fold. Lin opted for the former and the cards were turned over.

The flop left Lin in desperate shape, but she picked up some outs on the turn. However, the river failed to improve her hand and Ensan made a full house to scoop the pot.

Marius Gierse raised and then four-bet shoved into the three-bet of Roger Tondeur. The latter called for around 150,000 and found himself with the inferior pocket pair.
