Fatehi Takes it on the Turn; Bonham Gets Paid

Two players on the early rise are Ali Reza Fatehi and David Bonham.

Fatehi, who already participated in the Super High Roller, was spotted raising it up to 250 in the hijack and Wenwu Xue three-bet to 700 on the button. Fatehi came along and then bet the flop for 850, which Xue called. On the turn, Fatehi made it 3,950 to go and that proved to be too much for his opponent, as Xue folded.

Bonham, who won his entry to the tournament through a Live Satellite here at the PokerStars Live Macau poker room, was involved in a big pot with the board already complete showing . There were around 7,500 in the middle and Bonham bet 3,650, which received a call by PokerStars qualifier Sergey Kogotkov. Bonham turned over for the nut flush and scooped the pot.
