David Peters moved all in for pretty much spot on 900,000 or 15 big blinds from the button a few minutes into the new level. Jack Salter in the big blind sweated his cards and first checked one card only. "I got the eight of spades," Salter said and peeked at the second card, then called quickly.

The board ran out and Peters, former dominating chip leader on the last two tables, had to settle for 6th place and a payday of HK$ 778,000 (~$100,124), while all five remaining players now have HK$ 995,000 (~$128,050) guaranteed.
The hand started innocuously enough, Jack Salter limped the small blind and Quan Zhou checked his option in the big blind and the flop came down .
Salter bet out for the minimum and Zhou came back over the top with a raise to 140,000. Salter stared him down impassively and three-bet to 255,000 in total and it was Zhou’s turn to stare his opponent down.
The Chinese player slid out three large towers of yellow chips for a four-bet of 425,000 in total, leaving himself 900,000.
Salter shot Zhou a grin, tapped the table and mucked and Zhou obligingly flashed for a stone cold bluff.
“Nice hand man!” exclaimed Salter, giving him a fist bump.
Jack Salter open-shoved the small blind and Quan Zhou eventually folded with around 1.2 million behind. Then, Salter made it 135,000 to go on the button and Zuo Wang called in the big blind. On the flop, Wang check-folded to a bet worth 115,000 before then taking some chips back by open-shoving into the big blind of Davidi Kitai.
Kitai let go and dropped back into danger zone with just over five big blinds.
It looked like Jack Salter did not want to get bluffed again by Zhou so when the action folded around to him in the small blind this time the Brit quickly moved all-in and was called just as quickly by Zhou.

The flop came down with the turn giving Salter a little hope of eliminating Zhou should he hit a five. However the river was the and Zhou doubled to around 2.7 million while Salter dropped to 2.5 million.
The next hand was the last of the level and Zhou opened the action with a raise to 130,000 from the cutoff but quickly folded when Zuo Wang jammed from the button.
On the button, Davidi Kitai glanced at his cards and took until five seconds were left on the shot clock to announce all in. Nick Petrangelo folded in the small blind and Jack Salter in the big blind looked at his cards. "Was this the first time you checked the cards?" Salter asked and eventually called with a few seconds left on his own clock.

Kitai had staged a big comeback from just over two big blinds with exactly that queen-six, tripling up and doubling up in quick succession. However, that hand would not work against him, as the board came out to let the Belgian double.
Soon after, Petrangelo shoved twice and got through. In the second hand, he flashed the and pointed to Salter with the words "just for you."
Petrangelo left Wang on life support but it was Jack Salter who administered the coup de grace.
The table folded around to Zuo Wang on the button and he asked big blind Nick Petrangelo how much more he had behind – 945,000 – before moving all-in.
Petrangelo hesitated for all of 5 seconds before tossing in the call and the cards were turned over.

It was a coin flip and Petrangelo quickly paired his jack when the flop fell with the turn and river running out and respectively. That timely bink saw Petrangelo stack up to 2 million while Wang was left with a paltry 100,000 – just over a single big blind.
Wang folded the next two hands before he got the last of his chips in under-the-gun with a single big blind and blinds Jack Salter and Quan Zhou checked the board all the way down.
Wang showed , Salter had and Zhou had meaning Salter’s pair of threes was good enough to win the pot and send Wang to the rail in 5th place for HK$ 995,000 (~US$128,042). The last four players have at least HK$ 1,290,000 locked up, which equals approximately $166,000.
Nothing much happened in the last few hands of the level. Nick Petrangelo checked the stacks of Jack Salter and Quan Zhou before raising it up to 180,000 first to act. It folded to Davidi Kitai and the Belgian folded out of the big blind.
Then, Kitai shoved the next two hands before the last hand of the level saw Salter limp the small blind. Zhou raised to 220,000 and that shut down all further action.
Right after, the last four players headed into the next 15-minute break.
