Simao made it 60,000 to go from the cutoff, and both Schillhabel and Laszlo Bujtas called out of the blinds. The dealer fanned a flop, and after two checks Simao opted for a bet of 65,000. Both Schillhabel and Bujtas made the call. The rolled off on the turn and was checked around before Schillhabel went for a massive bet of 275,000 on the river. Simao hesitated but ended up calling, and threw his hand in the muck when he saw the of his opponent.
At almost the same time on different tables, Tom Hall and Laszlo Bujtas won significant pots to build their stacks.

Hall raised to 56,000 from the cutoff and Bartlomiej Machon defended the big blind. On the flop, Machon checked and subsequently check-raised from 38,000 to 140,000, which Hall called. The turn saw Machon lead for 180,000 and Hall called before the river triggered a check by Machon.
Hall now bet 380,000 and was eventually paid off to flip over for trips treys as winning hand.

In the small blind, Bujtas raised to 82,000 and Govert Metaal came along from the big blind. The flop saw Bujtas continue for 60,000 and Metaal called before doing so again for 180,000 on the turn. Bujtas then shoved the river for around 700,000 and Metaal folded with less than that behind.
Laszlo Bujtas and Stefan Schillhabel have battled a lot during the last couple of hours, but lately, Bujtas seems to have gotten the better end of the deal.
First, he took a nice off Schillhabel when he bet 110,000 into a pot of almost 300,000 on a board, and the very next hand the two of them were at it again.

On the outer table, Bartliomiej Machon raised to 50,000 from the cutoff and short stack Jan-Eric Schwippert called out of the big blind. The flop fell and Schwippert moved all in for 197,000, and Machon called. The feature table was still playing, but Govert Metaal limped and then folded to a raise by Jason Wheeler to let the showdown on the money bubble commence.
