Vladimir Troyanovskiy opened for 2,900 from the button and Patrick Bruel in the small blind and Ole Schemion in the big blind both called on the three handed table.
The flop came and Bruel checked. Schemion pushed and Troyanovskiy instantly called, Bruel folded.
Troyanovskiy:
Schemion:
Schemion didn't seem too worried though, and he didn't get up. Rightfully so; on the turn and on the river. Still three remain on Table 1.
Vanessa Selbst just took out two players, Andrea Dato and Louis Salter, and the math told her to play no more hands against her final opponent, Jonathan Duhamel, and lock up first place.
First Selbst moved all in from the small blind to put Salter at risk, and he called.
Selbst:
Salter:
The board ran out and Salter was knocked out. A few hands later Dato was all in and the hand went as following, against Selbst.
Selbst:
Dato:
The board ran out and Selbst accumulated enough chips to secure a victory against Duhamel who will finish in second place.
Antoly Filatov has rebounded amazingly (first player out in Heat 1) to win the feature table after a cooler of a hand versus Igor Yaroshevsky.
There was a six on the flop and a six on the river, and that's where the chips went in. Team Russia's Filatov opened beating out Team Ukraine Yaroshevsky's .
Being in the last level of the heat, Filatov can fold every hand and won't be able be overtaken.
Paul Tedeschi never managed to mount a comeback. He was down to 150 chips when he move all in from first position.
Ami Barer raised to 300 from the button to try and isolate but Jack Salter called from the big blind. The flop fanned and Barer bet 300 get Salter to fold.
Tedeschi actually had a good hand with but failed to stay ahead of Barer's as the board ran out .
