A player in early position opened for 2,500 and Jordi Marcos Fernandez declared all in. It wasn’t his turn to act however and the dealer put out her hand to indicate as much. It was Mikkel Nielsen’s turn to act next and he was receiving a vigorous massage. After a while Nielsen called the 2,500. Fernandez now had his turn and moved in.
