Pedro Marques opened the cutoff to 1,200 and got called on the button by Toby Joyce. The blinds folded and they were heads up to a flop.

The 6♠K♠8♣ landed on the felt and action checked to Joyce who took the betting lead with a wager of 1,300. Marques called and the 8♦ rolled off on the turn.

The action slowed down and checked through to a Q♦ river. Marques thought it over and then checked one more time. Joyce put out another bet of 2,000 and Marques snap called. Marques tabled K♦4♦ for top pair and Joyce mucked.

Diaz Catches Yaroshevskyy's Bluff

Martin Diaz opened to 1,200 from the hijack and received a single call from Igor Yaroshevskyy in the big blind.

After a continuation bet to 700 by Diaz on the flop 3♦4♥J♣, Yaroshevskyy check-raised to 2,400. Diaz eventually called and called a second barrel of 5,700 on the turn J♦.

The 2♣ came on the river and Yaroshevskyy kept betting, asking for 20,000. Diaz went into the tank, and eventually called with K♣J♥ for trips, catching Yaroshevskyy bluffing with 8♦6♦ for a missed flush draw.

Scary Board for the Underpairs

Shuang Luo opened in late position to 1,200 before the action was at Dimitar Danchev on the button. He put in a three-bet to 4,000 and everyone got out of the way except Luo.

The 2♦5♦Q♥ flop landed and action checked to Danchev who bet out for 3,000. Luo called and the K♦ rolled off on the turn.

Action slowed down and checked through to a 4♣ river. It checked through again and when the hands were tabled the puzzle came together.

Luo held pocket threes against the winning pocket nines of Danchev. Both players played their underpair cautiously but Danchev still got some value.

Michalak Calls Flop, Turn, and River

In a limped three-way pot, Hassan Nashar in the hijack bet 1,300 on the flop 3♣10♠A♠, and was only called by Jakub Michalak in the big blind.

The turn card was the 4♦ and Nashar bet 2,800. Michalak didn't back down and check-called.

On the river 8♠, Nashar fired a third barrel of 6,500. Michalak quickly called and scooped the pot as Nashar directly sent his cards into the muck.

Too Many Outs Syndrome

Jeremie Zouari opened under the gun to 1,300 and got called in two spots by Hannes Jeschka in the cutoff and Ehsan Amiri in the big blind.

The 6♦K♦3♣ flop landed and action checked to Zouari, who continued for 1,700 and only got called by Jeschka in the cutoff.

The 8♥ rolled off on the turn and Zouari was checked to again. He fired off another shell, this time for 3,500. Jeschka called again.

The 10♠ river landed and after about 30 seconds in the tank, Zouari moved all in having Jeschka covered. After about a minute in the tank contemplating a decision for his tournament, Jeschka called and got the good news.

Zouari flopped a huge combo-draw with the 5♦4♦, but when he bricked and bluffed it, Jeschka made a great call with K♥Q♥ to scoop.

Rare Turn Three-Bet From Ruijs

The 8♦2♥3♠ flop landed and action checked to Karrim who continued for 1,700. Only Ruijs called.

The 3♣ rolled off on the turn and Ruijs opted to take the lead and bet out for 2,000. Karrim sat in the tank for a moment and then put in a raise to 7,000. Action was back on Ruijs who sat in the tank for almost a minute before putting in the rare turn three-bet to 22,000.

Karrim couldn't hold on and mucked his cards while Ruijs dragged the pot without showdown.
