Ankit Ahuja: Q♣5♣
Ahuja was dominated but wasted little time pulled ahead on the 9♠4♠5♦ flop with a pair of fives. The board ran out 4♣10♠ and Lee's day came to an early end.
Andrei Teodorescu raised to 120,000 in early position before Marcin Dziubdziela moved all in for 670,000 in the cutoff. Teodorescu asked for a count and tanked for a minute before calling.
Marcin Dziubdziela: Q♦Q♣
Andrei Teodorescu: K♦J♥
Dziubdziela was poised for a double up as the board came 8♥6♦A♠7♥, but the river was the K♠ and Teodorescu hit his king to win the pot and send Dziubdziela to the exit.
Alexander Shelukhin was also eliminated at another table.
Adam Rayhaan raised to 170,000 on the button and Tom Vogelsang called in the small blind before big blind Azizjon Rakhimov, who had just had a cappuccino delivered to the table, moved all in for 1,175,000. Rayhaan folded, but Vogelsang called.
Azizjon Rakhimov: A♥K♦
Tom Vogelsang: 5♣5♦
Rakhimov came out on the losing end of the coin flip as the board came 6♥4♣10♦7♠6♠, sending him to the rail but not before remembering to take his cappuccino with him as he wished the table luck.
At the same time on another table, Andrei Vavilonskii and Alfred Karam were tangling in a pot with the board showing 7♥5♠8♦9♦. Karam bet 450,000 in the big blind before Vavilonskii moved all in for 1,765,000 from the small blind.
Karam called with J♥6♥ for a straight, but Vavilonskii had a higher straight with 10♣6♣. The river came the 5♣ and Karam was forced to hand over most of his stack.
Ali Al-Kubasi on the button and Ramon Kropmanns in the small blind got into a pre-flop raising war that ended with Al-Kubasi all in for his last 3,500,000.
Ali Al-Kubasi: J♠J♥
Ramon Kropmanns: 9♥9♦
Al-Kubasi was poised for a massive double up until the flop came 8♣9♣5♥, giving Kropmanns top set. Al-Kubasi let out a loud groan after running into a set for the third time today and could only watch helplessly as the board ran out Q♠6♥, sending him to an early exit after starting the day in second place on the leaderboard.
At the same time on another table, Luka Bojovic moved all in for 320,000 in the hijack, Grzegorz Kozieja reshoved for 900,000 in the small blind, and Andrei Vavilonskii gave it some thought before mucking his big blind.
Luka Bojovic: A♠Q♠
Grzegorz Kozieja: 8♥8♣
Bojovic pulled in front on the 3♠A♦5♣ flop with a pair of aces, but Kozieja spiked the 8♦ on the turn to make a set.
"Wow, ace-eight I folded," Vavilonskii said, suggesting that Kozieja had hit a one-outer. The river was the 9♦ and Kozieja returned Bojovic's phone charger to him in return for the rest of his stack.
Florian Guimond arrived at his new table with just 200,000 and soon got the rest of his stack in the middle from the small blind against Tom Vogelsang in early position.
Florian Guimond: K♥9♠
Tom Vogelsang: 6♦6♠
Guimond took the lead on the 4♥K♦Q♠ flop, but Vogelsang spiked the 6♣ on the turn to make a set and leave Guimond drawing dead. The river was the 10♦ and Guimond was eliminated in 24th place.
Three-handed on a flop of J♠6♥4♠, Ankit Ahuja bet 175,000 from the cutoff and Dauren Zhaparov called in the small blind before Adam Rayhaan shoved all in for around 2,000,000 from the big blind.
Ahuja called, while Zhaparov got out of the way.
Adam Rayhaan: J♥10♦
Ankit Ahuja: A♥J♦
Both players had hit a jack, but Ahuja was ahead with his ace-kicker. Rayhaan received no help on the 9♦ turn or 6♣ river and was sent to the rail in 23rd place.
After the hand, Zhaparov admitted he also had a jack. "Anyone else have a jack," Ahuja joked as he stacked up nearly 12,000,000.
Table 3, Alfred Karam and Nikolay Baryshnikov flipped their cards preflop, with Karam having the smallest stack (660,000).
Alfred Karam: 5♥5♠

Alfred Karam was down to 200,000 after running into aces and forced all in from the big blind against Andrei Teodorescu in early position.
Alfred Karam: K♠4♦
Andrei Teodorescu: Q♦J♥
Karam took the lead with a pair of fours on the flop of 4♣7♦A♦, but the J♣ turn put Teodorescu in front before the 9♦ river confirmed Karam's elimination.
Walter Treccarichi opened in early position and Ramon Kropmanns called from the next seat before David Kaufmann three-bet jammed from the big blind. Only Kropmanns called.
David Kaufmann: KxQx
Ramon Kropmanns: 4♥4♣
Kaufmann couldn't win the flip as the board ran out 8♣5♠A♥J♠6♣ to mark his elimination in 19th place.
