Both players checked the 7♣10♠8♦ flop before Wiciak led out for 1,150,000 on the 2♣ turn with his pair of tens.

Sydenstricker called with his nines and straight draw but missed the 8♣ river and both players checked, Wiciak finally taking a pot off his Brazilian nemesis.
