Five players went to the turn on a board of 8♥J♣Q♦9♥ where Fernando Figueiredo bet 5,500 from early position. Only Luca Pazzaglini called in the small blind.

The river came the 4♦ and Pazzaglini checked over to Figuereido, who moved all in for 15,000. His chips had barely touched the felt before Pazzaglini's cards were sent into the muck.

Double Elimination as Josanu Cracks Set With Runner-Runner Straight

Ionut Josanu raised to 2,200 from middle position and Peter Phanmaha called. Jonathan Vignone then moved all in from late position for 19,500. Both Josanu and Phanmaha called. Three players flipped their cards, with both Vignone and Phanmaha at risk.

The board ran out 7♦Q♠8♣10♦J♠. Vignone made a set of eights on the flop and it looked like the pot was his to win. That was until Josanu made the nuts with a runner-runner straight on the river. He scooped a huge pot that brought him up to over 130,000 chips.

Both Phanmaha and Vignone were eliminated from the tournament.

Lie Fills Up to Win Big Pot

A pot of around 22,000 was already in the middle as Morten Lie and Tolegen Maimakov saw a completed board of 5♦5♥6♠J♣2♣. Lie, in the big blind, then led out for 8,000.

Alex Peffly, who ditched his trademark green visor just before playing the hand, and Karim Alleg built a pot of around 15,000 heading to the K♠2♠3♦ flop. Alleg bet 3,500 in the cutoff.

Peffly called in the hijack as the 5♣ fell on the turn. Peffly led out for 12,000, sending Alleg deep into the tank.

Nearly two minutes went by as Alleg counted out his stack before he decided to muck.

Benny Glaser is also seated at this table, still hovering around the starting stack.

Belghiti check-called a 3,500 bet from Medeiros on the 7♠ turn and then both players checked down on the 6♥ river.
