Grafton Fails at Making EPT History

Mikita Badziakouski raised to 2,000 in the cutoff and Sam Grafton just called from the big blind, leaving himself with only 1,900 chips behind. The flop came and Grafton checked to Badziakouski who instantly slammed in a heap of chips. Grafton called off the last of his stack and tabled the cards.

The on the turn gave Grafton trip eights and left Badziakouski drawing dead to the on the river.

"Send it. In full," Grafton said to Badziakouski. "Keep those coming," he motioned to the dealer after.

Jimmy Guerrero just re-entered and took a seat at the table and Grafton contined.

"Jimmy, you've got a great seat. You're gonna witness EPT history and have a front-row seat. The sickest spin-up from nothing to champion."

Unfortunately for Grafton, just a couple of hands later he got his stack in the middle with against the of Renat Bohdonat. Bohdonat spiked an eight on the flop and Grafton was eliminated from the tournament.
