The flop came and action checked around. On the turn, Wilf put out a delayed continuation bet of 450,000. Van Bemmel would fold but Miles came along to see the fifth and final card.
The river brought the and both players tapped the table. Miles showed but it was no good as Wilf tabled for top pair, jack kicker and took down the pot.
Hand 2: Van Bemmel opened the action for 200,000 from middle position and was called by Miles in the hijack and Wilf on the button.
The flop came and Van Bemmel continued for 175,000. While Miles got out of the way, Wilf clicked it up to 350,000. Van Bemmel would take his time before making the call.
On the turn, Wilf put out another bet of 350,000. Van Bemmel called a second time.
On the river, van Bemmel checked over to Wilf, who said "Guess you have a better hand" before tapping the table. The Dutchman turned over and it was good to take down the pot.
After a raise to 275,000 from Felipe Germano, Manuel Fischer moved all in for 815,000 and was called by Johannes van Bemmel. Much to the surprise of the table, Germano open-folded and let the other two battle it out, with Fischer at risk.

The board ran out which meant Van Bemmel's pocket nines held to eliminate Fischer in 8th place. That also means that Germano would have tripled up had he not folded his jacks.
Anthony Miles raised preflop to 275,000 but Silma Macalou moved all in for 1,100,000, which Miles called to put Macalou at risk.

The flop of gave Macalou a clear lead, but the turn gave Miles an open-ended straight draw. Sure enough, the fell on the river to make a straight for Miles, eliminating Macalou in 9th place for a payout of €30,210.
PokerStars Ambassador Jen Shahade raised to 570,000 preflop, leaving herself with only 100,000 behind. Johannes van Bemmel decided he wanted to play for all of it, so he reraised all in and Shahade made the call.

On a heads-up turn of , Eddie Saade bet 315,000 from the cutoff and was called by Elias Abussamra on the button.
The river was the and Saade continued for 450,000, and after some thought, Abussamra moved all in, covering Saade.
Saade did not seem to like the spot he was put in, but soon made the call anyways and tabled for a flopped two-pair. But he was then shown the bad news when Abussamra flipped over for a bigger two-pair, which won him the large pot and eliminated Saade in 14th place for a payout of €16,120.
