Just before the nine remaining players went on a short break before the start of the final table, Joris Ruijs redeemed one of his Mystery Bounty Tokens from an earlier elimination and found the top €100,000 bounty. He celebrated with his rail as the bounty already earned him more than the second-place prize.
He will enter the final table third in chips and will soon be looking to add even more to his total earnings for the day.
Gabriel Moura had lost most of his chips in a previous hand and got the rest of his short stack in the middle to see a flop four ways.

Ruijs was ahead with the flopped set but needed to dodge spades as Pihela had a flush draw, while Moura had little hopes of winning the main pot. Neither the turn nor river brought spades and Ruijs scooped the main pot and a huge side pot to take a commanding lead, while Moura was eliminated in ninth place.
Before the blinds went up, Joris Ruijs opened to 60,000 in early position, Yazan Mdanat flatted in the cutoff, and Igor Pihela moved all in on the button for his stack of approximately 600,000. Ruijs called and Mdanat folded.

Yazan Mdanat jammed for 490,000 under the gun and Francisco Benitez called in the hijack.

Arthur Conan opened to 85,000 from the cutoff and Francisco Benitez three-bet to 250,000 on the button. Action folded back around and Conan four-bet jammed a stack of about 1,000,000. Benitez called with a bigger stack.
