Teun Mulder raised to 125,000 on the feature table from under the gun and Hossein Ensan shoved for 440,000 from the button. The blinds folded and Mulder made the call.

Hossein Ensan: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Teun Mulder: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for Ensan to hold with the nines to double up with.

Alexandre Amiel Eliminated in 16th Place (€45,540)

Nível 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

The action folded to Andrea Cortellazzi on the outer table and he made it 140,000 to go on the button. Alexandre Amiel then three-bet to 400,000 in the small blind only for Cortellazzi to move all-in. Amiel called it off for more than 1.2 million and the cards were turned over.

Alexandre Amiel: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Andrea Cortellazzi: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

"I am quite good at this, that's why I called," Amiel said in table chat with a smile on the face. He was still trailing on the {q-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop and remained in his seat. Nothing changed on the {6-Spades} turn either but the Frenchman remained hopeful. "I won't get up," he joked.

However, another blank followed on the {2-Clubs} river and that spelled the end for Amiel in 16th place for €45,540.

Who Will Reach the Final Table of the 2021 PokerStars EPT Prague €5,300 Main Event?

Teun Mulder
Teun Mulder

Only 16 players out of 1,190 entries remain for the penultimate day of the 2021 PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague €5,300 Main Event and will battle for the biggest slice of the €5,771,500 prize pool. Two former winners have the chance to become the third two-time champion of the live poker circuit in the King's Casino at the Hilton Hotel in Prague.

All eyes on Day 5 will be set on Teun Mulder, who holds a commanding lead over his final 15 opponents. The Dutchman has 8,195,000 in chips at his disposal, which is more than two times the stack of Symeon Alexandridis (4,065,000) in second place. There is another seizable gap to Andrea Cortellazzi in third place as the Italian leads a pack of closely bunched together hopefuls with 2,775,000 in chips.

Also in contention are two former EPT champions as well. The 2013 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure winner Dimitar Danchev will return with 1,730,000 in chips while Hossein Ensan is the second-shortest stack with 565,000. Both have the chance to become the third two-time champion and Ensan would be the first one to repeat the victory at the very same venue after he earned his maiden title in Prague back in 2015. To make the track record of the German even more impressive, he has another two Main Event final table appearances to his name and won the 2019 WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas.

South Korea's Gab Yong Kim is also among the final 16 contenders and will aim to better his finish of the last EPT live poker festival in Prague. More than two years ago in December 2019, Kim bowed out in 9th place for €74,770. He will return for Day 5 with 1,295,000 in chips, which puts him in 12th place.

The action is set to resume at noon local time with 78:16 minutes left in level 26 with blinds of 25,000/50,000 and a big blind ante of 50,000. Day 5 is slated to play down to the final six players for tomorrow's final showdown.

The live stream on the feature table will be broadcasted on a delay of 30 minutes and all PokerNews updates will be published accordingly in order to not spoil any of the action.
