Yuri Dzivielevski

Yuri Dzivielevski opened to 1,200 from under the gun and only Andrea Ricci called from the big blind.

Dzivielevski continued for 1,300 on the {j-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop. Ricci check-raised to 2,800 and Dzivielevski called to see the {8-Spades} turn.

Ricci bet 5,000 and then it was Dzivielevski's to put more money into the pot. He made it 12,000 to go which Ricci called.

The Brazilian then moved all-in on the {9-Clubs} river. Ricci asked for a count but opted to fold before using any of his time bank cards.

Parker Talbot Niklas Astedt
Parker Talbot Niklas Astedt

There are a lot of fun table draws so far in today's event. One of them has PokerStars Ambassador Parker "Tonkaaaa" Talbot sitting to the immediate left of Niklas "Lena900" Astedt.

In a recent pot, Astedt checked a {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} board to Talbot after betting earlier in the hand.

Talbot fired 8,500 and Astedt folded.

"What're ya doing?" Talbot asked teasingly as he dragged the chips.

"Betting my equity" replied Astedt. "I missed".

Nemeth and Van Rooij play 200+ Big Blind Preflop Pot

Nível 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Merijn van Rooij
Merijn van Rooij

We're only five levels into the tournament, but four-bets and big all-ins are happening all over the tournament floor already.

Merijn van Rooij opened to 1,000 in the hijack and was three-bet by Audrius Stakelis in the cutoff. Andrea Ricci cold-called on the button, and then the fun really started.

Andras Nemeth came in for a four-bet to 12,000 from the big blind, and with action back on him, Van Rooij five-bet piled his full 47,000 chip stack into the middle. Stakelis and Ricci folded, but after his four-bet, Nemeth was put to a decision for most of his chips.

After a bit of time, he called to see he was involved in a big flip.

Merijn van Rooij: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Andras Nemeth: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The dealer spread a board of {4-Clubs}{7-Spades}{8-Spades}{k-Spades}{9-Clubs}, giving Van Rooij a winning pair of kings on the turn to more than double his stack, while taking a big chunk of the €25,000 Single-Day High Roller II champion's.

Heath's Turn to Double

Nível 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Ben Heath
Ben Heath

Vitalijs Korhs opened to 1,000 from under the gun and was called by Ben Heath (middle position) and Koray Aldemir (big blind).

Korhs continued for 1,700 on the {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and only Heath called.

Korhs then check-called a bet of 2,300 on the {j-Diamonds} turn before checking again on the {5-Spades} river. Heath then bet 17,500, leaving just 100 behind. Korhs used up two time banks and then decided to call.

Heath turned over his {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for the nut-straight and Korhs mucked.

Kanit Back to the Registration Desk

Nível 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Mustapha Kanit
Mustapha Kanit

Mustapha Kanit is on to his second bullet after being on the wrong end of a cooler versus Adam Bonham.

With action picked up on a river board of {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}, Kanit faced a roughly pot-sized bet of 25,300, which would leave him with just 600 chips if he called and lost.

That's exactly what happened, as Bonham showed Kanit {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} for a turned full house, which also gave Kanit the nut flush, as he flashed {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} before tossing his cards into the muck.

Kanit's final 600 chips would disappear shortly after, and he was off to the registration desk to drop another €10,000 into the prize pool.

Preflop Battle Leads to Nguyen Taking a Big Pot from Gonzalez

Nível 4 : 100/300, 300 ante
Thi Nguyen
Thi Nguyen

Jose Manuel Gonzalez just lost a decent chunk of his stack after a preflop battle with Thi Nguyen.

Gonzalez opened from the hijack and was three-bet by Nguyen in the small blind. Gonzalez then came back with a four-bet to 11,700 which Nguyen called.

On the {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, after Nguyen checked to Gonzalez, drawing an 8,000 chip bet from the Eureka High Roller champ, she check-raised him to 20,000.

Gonzalez called, leaving himself about 20,000 behind.

The turn {2-Diamonds} was then checked through and another seemingly useless card on the river, the {4-Hearts} was also checked through.

Nguyen turned over {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} which was good, as Gonzalez mucked his cards and the pot was pushed to his opponent.

Johan Guilbert
Johan Guilbert

Panagiotis Oikonomou opened under the gun and was three-bet to 2,600 by Johan Guilbert immediately to his left. Oikonomou called to see a flop of {j-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and checked.

Guilbert methodically put forward a bet of 2,100, which Oikonomou called.

On the {j-Spades} turn, Oikonomou checked again and was this time faced with a bet of 3,600. Again, Oikonomou called.

The river brought the {5-Hearts} and once more Oikonomou checked. One final time, Guilbert put out a bet, this time for 11,500. After some brief deliberation, Oikonomou opted to fold, giving Guilbert a pot that brings him back to near his starting stack after a slow start.
