John Juanda moved all in from early position for 1.845 million and Georges Hanna called out of the big blind.

John Juanda: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Georges Hanna: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

"Let's see if I run good in Barcelona," Juanda said and Ben Heath replied "is there a question about this?"

Juanda immediately flopped an ace on {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}, the {2-Clubs} turn and {5-Clubs} river run out kept the 2015 EPT Barcelona champion in the running.

Wang Doubles Through Kovalski to Take the Chip Lead

Nível 28 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Haoxiang Wang
Haoxiang Wang

Patrick Clarke raised to 160,000 from under the gun, and Fabiano Kovalski called in the next seat. The action folded around to Haoxiang Wang in the small blind who raised to 600,000. Clarke folded, and Kovalski moved all in to put maximum pressure on Wang, but he quickly called.

Haoxiang Wang: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Fabiano Kovalski: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Board: {8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Wang was in a great position with his pocket kings, and Kovalski needed a lot of help to send Wang to the rail. But the board fell in Wang's favor, and he secured the massive 10m pot to take the overall chip lead and leave Kovalski on 3m.

Danny Tang Eliminated in 13th Place (€88,250)

Nível 28 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Danny Tang
Danny Tang

Danny Tang raised to 165,000 with the {A-Spades}{9-Diamonds} in the cutoff and Pedro Marques called in the big blind with {10-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. The flop came {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Marques checked to Tang, who checked behind. On the {10-Diamonds} turn, Marques bet 375,000 into a pot of 450,000 and Tang called with 1.18 million behind.

The {9-Spades} appeared on the river and Marques used one time bank before moving all in. Tang immediately tossed in all his time banks to the middle of the table and the dealer took them one by one for each 30 seconds of Tang in the tank. Eventually, Tang called it off and saw the bad news to be eliminated in 13th place for €88,250.

Marques Correctly Folds a Full House

Nível 28 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Pedro Marques
Pedro Marques

The action folded around to Ognyan Dimov on the button, and he raised to 175,00 with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}. Pedro Marques called in the big blind with {9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, and the flop fell {5-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. Both players checked the turn was the {5-Diamonds}.

Marques took a stab at the pot with his pair two pair and bet 225,000, but Dimov was going nowhere with pocket aces and called.

The river {5-Hearts} gave both players a full house, but it was Dimov who had a lock on the pot. Marques bet 280,000 and Dimov raised to 850,000. Marques went into the tank and needed to use a time bank card to mull over his decision. With his minute nearly up he decided to make a great fold and let his full house go into the muck.

However, all eyes are set on the golden trophy and the first-place prize of €1,611,500 that comes along with it.
