Ognyan Dimov raised to 2,000 from middle position and Moshin Charania called on the button. Thomas Miller three-bet to 7,500 from the big blind, Dimov moved in for 30,000, Charania folded, and Miller called.

A massive pot was brewing between Christopher Kruk and Adrian Mateos, and it was the latter who ended up with all the chips. The pot was up to 40,000 and the board read . Kruk checked and Mateos shoved all in, which was effectively for Kruk's remaining stack of 30,000.

The tournament clock says that there are around 380 players remaining, but what's perhaps more important is that it also says that the total number of entrants has crossed the 500 player mark, beating the record set this time last year. With registration open until the start of Day 2, that record looks set to be smashed as the tournament has currently 517 entrants, including 61 re-entries.
