Byron Kaverman opened with a raise from under the gun and was met by an all-in three-bet to 119,000 by Fedor Holz in the hijack. Jeff Rossiter then four-bet all in over the top from the cutoff, which inspired the rest of the players, including Kaverman, to fold.
