With registration closed, the prize pool information has been officially tabulated and released. This record-setting €10,300 High Roller event drew a grand total of 506 entries with 401 unique players and 105 re-entries. This allowed for a total prize pool of €4,908,200. The top 71 players will make the money with a min-cash being worth €18,650. From there, each player will have their eyes on the top prize of an astounding €947,300.

Mercier Straightens Out Purice

Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier and Tudor Purice looked down at a completed board of . The Romanian had first action and he checked over to Mercier.

Mercier cut out one final bet of 53,000, sending Purice deep into the tank. After a few moments passed, the clock was called on Purice by another member of the table. Floor staff came to the table and gave Purice 60 seconds to act on his hand before it was declared dead. With just about 20 seconds left on his clock, Purice flung out calling chips.

Mercier rolled over for a straight to the ten. Purice mucked his hand and was left with just about 25,000 in chips. Mercier, on the other hand, now sits on about 230,000.

Mateos Vaults into Chip Lead
