We missed the elimination of Caglar Bayindir but did witness how Nikolay Tsanev had been sent to the rail. From the hijack he open shoved for 50,000 and was called one seat over from Alessandro Meoni. Tsanev had pocket deuces, the Italian turned over pocket nines. The board saw no hit for either player and Tsanev headed to the payout desk.

Dominik Nitsche got severely wounded (chip stack wise) in that hand with Stephen Chidwick before the break. He's recovering though, it's time for his big comeback.
Nitsche shoved, reshoved and got a walk in his big blind (with queens nonetheless) and gained some chips without a showdown. Just now he did have to show his cards, and he had the best hand.
He open shoved the cutoff for 69,500 and neighbor Rafael Morales reshoved from the button. Both blinds folded and they tabled their cards.

We have to give it up to Victor Ramdin. At the end of Day 1b, he bagged a measly 9,200. We pegged him as one of the first players to go on Day 2, but he proved us wrong by running up his stack and making it through to Day 3. He began today short as well, but he once again proved he's a short-stack ninja by making it through the money bubble.
Unfortunately Ramdin's run just came to an end.
It happened when he moved all in for his last 28,500 from the hijack and Bulgaria's Valeri Savov called from the cutoff. The button and blinds both folded and the cards were turned up.
