Aku Joentausta has become the latest victim to the run of Olivier Busquet here on Day 3 of the EPT10 Sanremo Main Event. He was all in preflop for what looked like 80,000 and Busquet made the call.

Busquet Busts Vlad In Huge Hand

We saw the action on the river, but Jeffrey Hakim later filled us in on what had happened before that.
Darie Vlad opened under the gun and Olivier Busquet was one of three callers. The initial raiser continued on 
with a 10,500 bet. Busquet was the only caller and they went heads up to the turn: 
. Vlad checked to Busquet who made a bet of 26,000. Vlad now check raised to 58,000 and Busquet called.
The river came the 
and Vlad announced all in. This clearly wasn't what Busquet liked to see and he started pondering. "I have a very good hand" he said with a big grin on his face. "How much is it?" The dealer started counting and announced it was 126,100. "126? That's a lot" Busquet continued his monologue. "How can I fold?"
Busquet moved his hand forward, still heavily thinking about his decision. You could just feel he wanted to fold, but in the end he didn't; "Call" he said without moving any chips forward.
Vlad looked disappointed, got up from the table and showed his failed bluf with 
. Busquet tabled 
and the dealer started pushing a big pile of chips his way.
"It's a very strong play, I fold almost every hand" Busquet said to his Romanian former opponent. Hakim, Frankland and Busquet continued to discuss the hand. Vlad in the meantime was already out the tournament area.

Feddersen And Debard Gone

It has been a really bad ten minutes for the Germans as we have also lost Jesper Feddersen. Down to fumes and only 20,000, he moved all in with the 
and Stephen Chidwick called with the 
. The 
flop was already scary with the flush draw for the Brit.
On the 
turn additional outs made it even worse for Feddersen but he was still alive. He could only shook his head though when the 
river popped up. Chidwick made the flush and now Pius Heinz and Dominik Nitsche are the last two Germans left in the EPT10 Sanremo Main Event.
Only one minute later Benjamin Debard also hit the rail. He was all in preflop for ~ 80,000 with the and got called by John Haigh with the

Shautsou Not Quite All In

Iliodoros Kamatakis opened for 6,300 and one of the shorter stacks at the table, Cristiano Viali, raised to 16,000. The big blind Piotr Shautsou slid out all of his blue chips in a big tower for a bet of around 100,000.
“You’re all in?” asked a puzzled Kamatakis. Shautsou lifted his arms to show him that there were a few meagre chips left in front of him. Puzzlement turned to annoyance when Kamatakis and Viali both folded as Kamatakis wanted to get it all in against the short stack.
Shautsou showed them the for good measure as the chips were pushed his way.

Sperling Busts In Three Way All In

Alex Longobardo opened the action to 6,500 and Alex Kravchenko three-bet to 15,700. Recent Estrellas Valencia winner Fabio Sperling moved all in for ~ 35,000 and Longobardo did so as well. Kravchenko snapped both off and the three of them tabled their cards:

Crema De Macedo Takes Another Big Hit

After a preflop raise and four callers, we see the flop and Thiago Crema De Macedo bet 17,000. Only Alex Bilokur called to see the turn. Both players checked and the completed the board.
It turned out to be the money card for Bilokur. Crema De Macedo bet 37,500 and after about one minute of consideration, Bilokur made it 91,500. His value bet got paid off and Bilokur showed for the stone cold nuts.
We also caught the tweet of Raul Mestre about the previous huge hand. He apparently had
