It's been a good start of the day for Jack Salter, who has been the beneficiary of two early doubles.
In the latest, Salter got his stack of 175,000 or so all in preflop with the 
and was well out in front of Dani Stern's

flop gave Salter a hammerlock on the hand with middle set, though the
