On a flop of big blind Charlie Carrel checked. Stephen Chidwick bet 1,200 from the button and was soon facing a check-raise to 4,200 by Carrel. Chidwick called in position before both of them checked the on the turn and on the river. Carrel showed and Chidwick, after staring at the board for some time, mucked.
Despite Carrel winning and Chidwick losing the minor pot, the roles are reversed if one looks at their chip counts as Chidwick is up a lot for the day while Carrel is (still) down.
