Here's the Ronnie Bardah Tell All

Nível 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Ronnie Bardah's playing the Aussie Millions Main Event today, but we all now he's about much more than playing the game of poker.

Our own Sarah Herring caught up with Bardah two days ago for an epic "tell all" in which Bardah tells stories about a girl throwing up in his car, subsequently hitting him in the face, and having his hair clippers explode on him.

Trip Nines for Bardah

Nível 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

After calling a raise from the player on the button out of the big blind, Ronnie Bardah checked the {Q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop. His opponent bet 1,000, and Bardah called.

The turn was the {9-Hearts} to pair the board, and Bardah checked again. His opponent bet 2,500, and Bardah called.

The river was the {8-Hearts}, and Bardah check-called a final bet of 5,500.

The player on the button showed the {A-Clubs}{4-Spades} for ace high, and Bardah won the pot with the {K-Spades}{9-Clubs} for trip nines.

No Deep Run For Esfandiari

Nível 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

One Drop winner Antonio Esfandiari has been knocked out from the 2016 Aussie Millions Main Event. When we inquired the players at his former table they told us the following.

In a single-raised four-way pot Esfandiari bet 1,400 on a {9-}{9-}{10-} flop, and one player called before a raise to 3,600 was made. Esfandiari moved all in for about 9,000 chips, and the player who initially just called was his only caller.

Esfandiari showed {A-}{10-} and he was far behind against {9-}{6-}. The turn nor river brought help, and Esfandiari was sent to the rail.

Bardah Gets Back in It

Nível 4 : 150/300, 25 ante
Ronnie Bardah
Ronnie Bardah

Ronnie Bardah was off to a poor start here today, but just now he doubled up and knocked out the player he doubled through a few hands later.

Bardah told us how a player raised to 700 and he called with {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} from the button. Both blinds called as well, and the flop brought out {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}.

The action was checked around, and on the turn the {J-Hearts} hit.

"The wrong jack," Bardah joked, "But the right one."

The player in the big blind lead out for 2,000 and the initial raiser folded after which Bardah moved all in for an additional 8,400. After a while Bardah got called, and the showdown went as following.

Bardah: {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Opponent: {Q-}{7-}

The river was a {9-} and Bardah doubled up. A few hands later Bardah knocked out the player he doubled up with pocket kings, and he's now back on 28,400 chips.

Quads for Guillen

Nível 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

After Jai Kemp checked the {9-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}{7-Hearts} board, Angel Guillen bet 2,400. Kemp took a few moments, then called.

The river paired the board with the {9-Diamonds}, and Kemp checked again. Guillen, who won a World Series of Poker gold bracelet in 2009 and has nearly $1.8 million in live tournament earnings, fired 6,100. Kemp tanked for about a minute before he made the call.

Guillen turned over the mother of all hands in this pot with the {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for quad nines. Kemp mucked, and Guillen was pushed the pot to "oohs" and "ahhs" from others at table.

Galindo Keeps Crushing Down Under

Nível 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

We just spotted a massive stack in the second room that's being used for the Main event, and it belongs to Josep Maria Galindo.

Galindo wrote his name down for us, before getting back to his 105,000-chip stack.

The Spanish pro already cashed three events as this year's Aussie Millions, his best result being a tenth place finish in the Mix Max for $4,520, and right now he's holding a big chip lead in this event.

Most of Galindo's cashes were made in his native Spain, his best result to date being a second-place finish in the European Masters of Poker for €48,405 in Barcelona.

Boris Becker
Boris Becker

Boris Becker bet 2,100 on the {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} board, and his opponent, Paul Hoefer, made the call to see the {Q-Clubs} land on the river. Becker fired 3,600, and Hoefer made the call.

Becker showed the {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} for two pair on the river, and Hoefer mucked with a shake of his head.
