At almost the same time and on different tables, Josito Bordas and Thomas Elder have been eliminated while Petru Tarlev took a big pot off Giovanni Cauteruccio.
Elder shoved for around 44,000 with the 
from under the gun and found a caller in Ekaterina Kolmakova in the big blind. It was a classic flip, as the Russian had

failed to improve Elder.
Two tables over, there were plenty of chips already in the middle with the turn showing 
. Cauteruccio checked from early position and Tarlev shoved from the cutoff. "Is it more than 80,000?" Cauteruccio asked and the dealer counted Tarlev's remaining stack, which amounted to more than 100,000. The Italian was not happy and mucked his cards with quite some force.
Tarlev very briefly flashed his cards but no player on the table saw them, followed by a big grin on the face by Tarlev.
