On the tail end of a big pot between Viktor Kovachev and Pierre Neuville, the latter bet 14,000 on the river and Kovachev eventually called. Neuville rolled over
for trips tens and raked in a decent pot, boosting his stack to six digits.
Roberto Romanello also faced a big bet on a heads-up river and it was Sergio Fernandez that made it 13,500 to go from the big blind. The board showed and Romanello said in table chat "I have a queen, that's pretty sick. Did you defend with queen six?" Ultimately, the Welshman tossed in the chips for the call and Fernandez indeed showed
for a full house. Romanello dropped below the starting stack and has plenty of work ahead in the upcoming hours.
