With registration now closed, the official numbers are in. This year's Super Senior's gathered 1,720 entries, creating a prize pool worth $1548,000. Crushing the previous two year's numbers.
The top 258 players will get paid with the eventual champion earning a payday of $259,230. Anyone making the money will walk away with at least $1,502.
The 590 remaining players have retaken their seats after the dinner break. Registration has closed, and although the numbers are not official yet, the total number of entrants looks to be 1,720 — almost 200 more than 2015 and 250 more than 2016.
