Team Botfeld Claims First Win of the Day

Nível 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Michael Newman of Team Newman raised to 60,000 from the middle position and Amanda Botfeld of Team Botfeld three-bet to 175,000 from the button. The blinds folded and Newman asked for a confirmation before making the call.

They both checked through the {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{j-Spades} flop to the {9-Diamonds} on the turn. Newman fired a bet of 125,000 out which Botfeld called.

The river completed the board with the {6-Spades} and Newman glanced over to Botfeld's stack. He then put in a stack of chips and the dealer confirmed a bet of 275,000. Botfeld contemplated it for a bit, looked over to the rail, and then made the call. Newman tabled the {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for Botfeld to show her {k-Spades}{j-Hearts} for the two pair and the pot.

Botfeld Only Shows to Babbitt

Nível 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Amanda Botfeld of Team Botfeld raised to 60,000 from the button and Holly Babbitt from Team Babbit and Benjamin Miner from Team Miner both made the call from the blinds.

It was checked to Botfeld when the flop came down {7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, she continued with a bet of 80,000 which was called by both Babbitt and Miner.

The turn was the {j-Spades} and it was checked to Botfeld again. She barreled a bet of 200,000 over the line for Babbitt to call but for Miner to fold.

The {a-Hearts} completed the board and Babbitt checked for the final time. Botfeld looked over and then decided to shove. Babbitt talked through her options and after some interaction, Babbitt opted to fold but she showed the {j-Diamonds} for the pair of jacks. Botfeld let Babbitt pick a card to see and she flipped the {9-Clubs} open.

"Just so you know, that was just for her. That offer is not open to any of you! Before you start getting the wrong idea." Botfeld commented.
