Nines Are Good for Robertson

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The Apprentice runner-up and Boise Boys star Clint Robertson opened and called the all-in raise worth 640,000 of the player next to him to create the following showdown:

Joseph Robertson: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

Roberston's opponent had to win the flip for a double up, but the board fell {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, giving a full house on the flop to Roberston and eliminating his opponent.

Guilford Makes the Right Call

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

There was a raise to 225,000 from under the gun and Timothy Guilford just called on the button. The small blind was left with exactly 225,000 and put the last of his chips in the middle as well.

The flop came {4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Guilford was looking at a bet of 400,000 from his opponent. Guilford called and the {3-Diamonds} paired the board on the turn. This time Guilford was faced with an all-in, putting his stack of 1,270,000 to the test. Guilford went into the tank for a couple of minutes before finally making the call.

Guilford turned over {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} which was leading his opponent's {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}. The river was the {q-Clubs} and Guilford scooped the large side pot. The all-in player showed ace-high and Guilford also took down the main pot as well.

Griffin with Aces

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

A player moved all in for a remaining stack around 600,000 and it was instantly called by Jeon Griffin on the button, who held {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}.

The initial player, with {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} in his hand, couldn't find any miracle throughout the {k-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{a-Spades} board and made his way to the payout desk.

Rodriguez Gets a Fold

Nível 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The player in the hijack opened to 180,000 and Pablo Rodriguez three-bet on the button for 500,000. It came back to the hijack who decided to call and both checked on the {8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{j-Hearts} flop.

A {5-Diamonds} fell on the river and the hijack checked. Rodriguez thought about his move for a minute and bet 435,000. It was enough to get a fold from his opponent.

The action started with a raise from the button and Vincas Tamasauskas who called in the big blind.

On the {10-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop, Tamasauskas check-called the button's continuation bet for 185,000. The same action happened on the {k-Hearts} turn, this time for 325,000.

The river was the {10-Clubs} and went check-check. Tamasauskas showed {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for trips and his opponent mucked.

Huge Pot for Cohen

Nível 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Andy Spears shoved in early position for 1,150,000 and it folded to Elad Kubi who called in the small blind. Avi Cohen, in the big blind, announced all in for 2,250,000 chips, putting Kubi into a decision. After a few minutes of thinking, Kubi eventually folded, showing {a-}{k-}.

Andy Spears: {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Avi Cohen: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Two of Cohen's outs were already dead and Spear's pair of eights held at first through a board {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. However, the river fell the {a-Diamonds} given a pair of aces to Cohen to take down the big pot and eliminate Spears.
