Nível 21
David Williams
David Williams

Limit Hold'em

David Williams raised for a good portion of his remaining chips, and Brandon Shack-Harris said "good luck" and he re-raised to put Williams at risk.

David Williams: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Brandon Shack-Harris: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Both players watched the board run out {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{k-Spades}, and Williams held with his pair of queens to find another double up.

Everett Carlton

Omaha Hi-Lo

Everett Carlton raised all in for 44,000 under the gun and Eli Elezra called from the button. Tom Koral came along from the big blind and then both active players checked it down as the board ran out {k-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{k-Spades}.

Everett Carlton: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Tom Koral: {5-Spades}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Eli Elezra: -muck-

Koral tabled trip fives and it was good as Elezra mucked and Carlton showed aces.

Noah Bronstein Eliminated in 20th Place ($7,208)

Nível 21
Noah Bronstein

Stud Hi-Lo

David Williams: {x-}{x-} / {5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{10-Spades} / {x-}
Noah Bronstein: {a-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} / {2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{q-Spades}{9-Hearts} / {10-Clubs}
Qinghai Pan: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} / {q-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Spades}{a-Spades}
Paramjit Gill: {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} / {7-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}

On fourth street, David Williams bet and Noah Bronstein moved all-in for 46,000. Qinghai Pan called and Paramijit Gill then raised for Williams and Pan to call. Williams checked fifth as did Pan, Gill bet and Williams called. Pan then raised and his two opponents came along.

Sixth was checked and Gill's bet on seventh was called by Williams and Pan.

Bronstein stood no chance with a pair of deuces and busted low while Pan's low and missed gutshot for the wheel earned the low pot. Pan had a set of nines and earned the high portion, Williams was scooped and Bronstein busted in 20th place for $7,208.

Negreanu Not Too Happy

Nível 21

Stud 8 Hi-Lo

Amnon Filippi: {4-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} / {6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Spades}
Jim Collopy: {a-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{7-Hearts} / {a-Spades}{3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Daniel Negreanu: {x-}{x-} / {5-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{2-Spades} / {x-}

With three-way action on fourth street, Jim Collopy bet and both Daniel Negreanu and Amnon Filippi called. That is when things got interesting.

Both Filippi and Collopy received their fifth street cards, but when the dealer put out Negreanu's it came out face down. That indicated that it was a box card, meaning it was face up in the deck. The card was the {3-Clubs}, which was seemingly a good card for Negreanu's hand.

Unfortunately for him, by rule it was a dead card and he receive a replacement, the much less appealing {j-Diamonds}.

Filippi checked his pair of sixes and Collopy bet 50,000. Negreanu called and Filippi check-raised to 100,000, which left him just 11,000 back. Both Collopy and Negreanu called.

On sixth, Filippi bet his last 11,000, both his opponents called, and then Collopy and Negreanu checked seventh.

Filippi showed trips for the high, Collopy a seven-low, and Negreanu mucked while letting lose a frustrated f-bomb.

David Williams

Stud Hi-Lo

Michael Trivett completed, and David Williams raised the rest of his remaining chips. Trivett called putting Williams at risk.

David Williams: {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} / {q-Spades}
Michael Trivett: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} / {8-Hearts}

Williams was trailing Trivett's queens, but caught a {5-Diamonds} on sixth street to make a set. Trivett bricked out on seventh street, and Williams got an early double up.
