Erwann Pecheux raised from the cutoff after the action folded to him only to see Juan Ramirez three-bet from the small blind. Pecheux called, and the flop came down , Ramirez decided to check-call a 4,500 bet before he led for 9,500 on the turn. Pecheux called, and they saw a river.
At this point, Pecheux had about 27,000 behind him and faced a tough decision when Ramirez fired 17,500.
Pecheux gave himself a couple of minutes to think before he eventually made the call.
Ramirez tabled for ace-high, and Pecheux took the pot with for a pair of jacks.
