David "ODB" Baker raised to 400 in the second position and found three callers including a player in the big blind.
The big blind led out 1,800 when the flop landed and Baker was the only one to match the price.
The turn came and Baker snap-called an all-in bet, quickly turning up for a Broadway straight. His opponent wanted to muck as he observed that he was drawing dead, but he had to show his hand to comply with the all-in rule. He opened for a flopped straight but the river card couldn't change his fate.
The knocked-out player left his seat while Baker is off to a great start, having almost quadrupled the starting stack already early in the third level.
